DYMAT® FOR FLOATING SYSTEMS

Coveme offers different types of backsheets that are suitable for installations of photovoltaic modules on floating systems. The range includes both backsheets with an aluminum layer inside them, and backsheets with a barrier film, without the aluminum layer.
The aluminum-based dyMat® backsheet has an extremely low WVTR value and it is the right solution for heterojunction cells, thin film (CIGS, a-SI and Perovskite), flexible and even c-SI photovoltaic modules installed near water.
The DyMat® barrier film backsheets, instead, are manufactured with an innovative integrated barrier layer which gives the backsheet a low WVTR value. These laminates have been specifically designed to be used in heterojunction cells and floating systems with all types of cells. Furthermore, these laminates, not having an aluminum layer, facilitate the production process of assembling the module.
They are available in white, black or transparent (only barrier film without Aluminium) versions for installations up to 1500 VDC.
The range also includes a version of the revolutionary dyMat® ECO range composed of 33% recycled polyester (rPET) coming from post-consumer waste recycling .

The polyester film inside dyMat® backsheets can be fully recycled and can be supplied with the polyester component(s) made of recycled PET (rPET).
