Range of polyester release films for the coextrusion of PU and PVC, used in vinyl production for Car Wrapping. The coating gives the final product the desired gloss level which, combined with the release one on one side, guarantees easy peeling, preserving the mechanical characteristics of the extruded films .The other side can be customized with antistatic or antiblocking treatment.
The matt version gives a matte and silk effect finish. The satin version, on the other hand, gives a finish with an elegant semi-opaque effect.
It is possible to add duogloss structures to the film in order to transfer high definition patterns with graphic effects to the final product for special applications such as customization, anti-counterfeiting, etc.
The whole range of KTR® films for the Car Wrapping market includes Green Products, without formaldehyde, phthalates and chromium stearate, it is an ecological and at the same time performing solution. It is also available the version made with 70% recycled polyester film (rPET).
