This is why the processability and productivity needs of electric motors producers were a driver in the design and development of this new range of advanced insulation materials.
Coveme and DuPont® have developed a functionalized paper with the aim of solving the processability issues that current aramid-based solutions have in this application. Both versions of this new range – single layer and multi-layer laminate - have been designed to target the insulation requirements of high-demanding motors, while still considering the productivity of the manufacturing process.
